Real Estate Logo Design

Here are a few logo comps I did for a friend of mine who's a real estate agent. He and his friend and business partner are looking to branch out and start their own office. They asked me to help them with a start-up logo. Still in process. Thanks for stopping by!

SPORTS MARKETING: Basketball Camp Postcard Fliers

When Jason Ludwig, of JLHoops.com, called on me to design a postcard flier for his upcoming basketball camps, I jumped at the opportunity to do so. Jason is highly respected coach and mentor in the local basketball community. (for more info on Jason, click on the flyer).

I wanted to capture Coach Jason's signature coaching style on the cover of the postcard by using a photo that showed his dynamic manner in teaching the fundamentals of the game. I used Photoshop for the blends and sligtly used a basketball court as a background using the "overlay" feature.

I formated/created the "JLHoops.com" quick logo and text in Illustrator and brought that into Photoshop.

On the filmstrip on the backside, I filtered the photos with a slight duotone using the sepia tone filter. The project was completed in Photoshop and then created as a hi-res PDF through Quark using it's PDF genrator.

Printing for this project was done through Uprinting.com. Thanks for viewing.

Photography: Social Work

SANTA MONIC, CA- I had the privledge of being invited to shoot a private launch party in Santa Monica, CA. All proceeds from the sales benefited the non-profit organization listed on these press release photos. Most of those who attended were affluent friends of the host and they were extremely generous. Not only do they have big wallets, but big hearts and compassion for those who are not as fortunate. They even made this photographer feel very warm and at home with their kind spirits and generosity.

I imported/edited and retouched the photos in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Invitations: Birthday Save the Date/Invitations

There's nothing more I enjoy doing than creative work... especially when it has to do with a friend's special day. That can either be a wedding, an anniversary or in this case, a birthday celebration. I designed this particular Save the Date and Invitation with the look and style on how I interpret my friend Noelle's taste and friendship; Warm, friendly with a clean and classy look. The photos were "sepia-toned" to match the earth tones of the design. The images used were selected because of the wonderful bond and loving relationship her daughters are expressing to her... Now that's a birthday gift that keeps on giving!

On a side note, because of a time-crunch, the two designs weren't used as her official invites. However, it was suggested by my friends that I post it anyway. Thanks for viewing!

Photography: Social Work

Here is a photo I took last year of a woman who is homeless. She went to a local social service organization's Thanksgiving Outreach for a warm meal. This image was just submitted to the Assoc. of Gospel Rescue Mission's annual entry for social photography. Thanks for stopping by.
